HISTORY
Exeo Entertainment, Inc. is public company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada trading under the symbol “EXEO.“ In 2011 we completed our seed financing of $545,000 and executed a license agreement to acquire the rights to the Extreme Gamer, Zaaz Keyboard, and portable gaming system.
In 2012 we concentrated our efforts in completing the R&D / engineering on the aforementioned products and securing additional capital for said activities.
In 2013 we completed a second round of financing for an additional $1.25 million and executed a license agreement with Psyko Audio Labs Canada to re-launch the Psyko Krypton and Carbon line of gaming headphones under the Psyko Audio brand.
On January 10, 2014 our S1 went effective. In February 2014 we received the symbol “EXEO” from FINRA. In March 2014 we became DTC eligible. In late 2014 we began carrying inventory on the Psyko® and Krankz™ brands.
In 2015 we began sales of both the Krankz™ and Psyko® headphones and made the transition from “development stage” to operating company. We are presently working on both Domestic and International distribution for both brands.
