Returns
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Exeo Online Store:
• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
•
Only items that have been purchased directly from Exeo, either through
the Exeo Online Store or at an Exeo Retail Store, can be returned to
Exeo. Exeo products purchased through other retailers must be returned
in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
•
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the
cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received
it.
• Access our Online RMA center from the "RMA LOGIN" link. Be sure to create an account so we will have all the proper information and you will be able to check the status and receive email notification.
Refunds
Once
we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status, and a refund is initiated immediately. The way your
refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
• If you
paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing
bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please
contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will
be posted to your account.
Note: Not all returned items will receive will qualify for a full refund if they are used or damage. Full refunds will be given to product returned unopened.
